You agree that because of the nature of the Internet, our online shopping service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We are not liable to you if we are unable to supply a particular item, but will endeavour to deliver a substitute garment where possible. Moreover, we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
Although we will always try to cater for all your orders, large quantities of promotional lines ordered will be fulfilled at the discretion of Jolie Femme Boutique. Jolie Femme Boutique may modify or discontinue from time to time, whether permanently or temporarily, any or all of its services with or without any notice. As such, we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification or discontinuance of our services.
Placing of Orders
Any orders that you place will be by way of transaction via the Jolie Femme Boutique website.
Payment
You can pay with any MasterCard or Visa credit card. Please refer to our Privacy Policy if you have any concerns regarding credit card security. Authority for payment is given at the time of order. All prices include VAT.
Delivery
Deliveries will only be made to the delivery address selected on “checkout” and are subject to availability and receipt of payment. We do our best to secure delivery within 5-10 working days of the date of your order but will not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. Please note that orders may need to be sourced from more than one location, so shipping of the order might only take place a day or 2 after placing your order. Please ensure that the delivery address is easily accessible to our delivery vehicles.
Proof of identity will be required on delivery of all goods. (ID or Driver’s license) In some instances (i.e. a gift purchase), we might require proof of ID in the form of a fax before delivery, front and back of credit card as well as ID document for security reasons. If we cannot contact you and cannot get an identity document from you, no goods will be issued.
If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be retained by the driver, who will leave notification of delivery and will telephone to re-arrange or will return later that day if possible.
We don’t deliver to postboxes.

Returns
We trust you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
1. If you need to return an item because of a manufacturing fault on receipt of the garment, we will replace it with the same item if available or then if not anything else and will settle the price difference. We will arrange & pay for the collection & re-delivery courier fees.
2. Should you want to exchange a garment for a different size, we will gladly assist! Either come into our store to exchange the item or courier can be arranged at the client’s cost.
No returns on SHOES, SWIMWEAR, HANDBAGS, JEWELERY and SALE items.
All items returned to Jolie Femme Boutique must have all the original labels on, should not have been worn and should be in the same condition as received by customers within 2 days.
