By completing your order and payment you agree and accept the following terms and conditions.
By selecting a size, you agree that the size is your true South Africa size. If unsure of our sizing please reach out to us before completing your order.
Amendments and changes to orders must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
The client agrees that all queries regarding the order will be done so via a direct phone call to Jolie Femme Boutique (owner) or emailing info@joliefemmeboutique.com. Comments on Facebook will not be validated as Facebook is not a reliable, direct contact path between Jolie Femme Boutique and its clients.
- A detailed description of goods and/or services: Jolie Femme Boutique is a business in the Fashion & Clothing industry that stock a wide range of clothing & shoes. We have a store located in Klerksdorp and serve our customer by our e-commerce store as well.
- Delivery Policy: Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of a waybill number provided by our Courier: Courier Guy. Delivery costs are calculated on checkout. Jolie Femme Boutique is not responsible in no way responsible for refunds regarding late delivery.
- Return and Refunds policy: The provision of goods and services by Jolie Femme Boutique is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Jolie Femme Boutique will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25 % administration fee.
- Customer Privacy policy: Jolie Femme Boutique shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569.
- Payment options accepted: Payment may be made via Payfast or by bank transfer into the Jolie Femme Boutique bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
- Variation: Jolie Femme Boutique may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
